Job Description

    Hi All,We have a job opportunity with one of our client for Training coordinator.Exp:1-2 yearsLocation : bangaloreJob description:Co-ordination to Training services Learning & Dev services
    • Pre Training. On-day, Post training co-ordination
    • Support to invoice processing
    • Support to arrange training material
    • Support to check Exit clearance related activities (check trainings completed by associates)
    • Work related to consolidation of training data with Excel and MS tools
    • Support required as and when to follow up regarding Service Delivery Confirmation
    • Interact with stake holders and provide support to meet requirement, Work related to special training arrangements
    Qualifications
    • Any graduate (Handling of training areas preferable)
    • 1-2 years of experience in Shared Services or BPOpreferably inInvoice processing
    Additional informationSkills required:-
    • Knowledge of support services to HR areas
    • Knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage
    • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
    • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
    Ability to work independently or as a team member
