You will be leading an operations team [Andon Process] that drives customer experience improvement as the key goal and includes people with tech, semi-tech, analytical skill and SMEs with process and domain knowledgeYou will have to interact with multiple stake holders across the globe primarily with EU (UK, FR, Germany) and APAC. You will be working on big data analysis (understanding key information from large data). Duties may include, taking part in planning, organizing and directing the work of subordinates or others, outline procedures and instructions on work received, make time estimates on new jobs received, check accuracy / quality of content creation / population done by others, ensuring records are maintained accurately, ensuring utilization of team is high, mentor and train new team members.Key Performance Areas Manage Operations : Own business goal(s) & define operational metrics aligned to goal(s); Establish process for tracking metrics; Drive projects; Proactively identify risks / gaps Planning and Forecasting : Foresee capacity issues to prevent escalations with little support/intervention from manager Quality and Process Excellence : Deep dive & identify root cause of issues; Identify SOP / process changes that impact quality and drive to closure Building solutions - Automation based process improvement solution adopted across teams; Work with program / tech based process to define requirements. Stakeholder management - work with Retail / FC / CS / Transport teams to understand process specs, share data analysis and influence them to take upstream actions that will stop downstream impact., Graduate in any domain Overall experience of 10+ years in managing large scale operations of which minimum 5 + years in managing people including managing managers, tech resources. Experience in scaling deliverables through technology. Exposure to Automations life cycle and handled transformation of programs using technology is mandate. Exposure to interacting with stake holders spread across functions and geographies. Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers Good written and oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Consultative and solution-oriented approach Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel Experience handling people with tech skills - like Automation experts, Business Analyst, Machine Learning Experts. Six sigma black belt level capabilities in deconstructing processes and metrics, to identify areas of opportunity and lead the development and implementation of new processes Good negotiation skills Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
