Job Description

Ltd.Job Type:Full-timeRole Summary:As theOperations& Business DevelopmentManagerat Aanvii Hearing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing all logistics-related activities,managingstock transfers, and addressing customer-related issues specifically for the South India region. Additionally, you will be involved in expanding the companys presence in South India, working directly with the COO to identify, verify, and set up new centers. This is a dynamic role that blendsoperationsmanagement with strategic business development.Key Responsibilities:
    • Logistics and Inventory Management:
      • Oversee and manage logistics activities across centers in India.
      • Ensure efficient stock transfers between centers and warehouses.
      • Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements and inventory levels.
      • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of audiology products.
    • Customer Relations Management:
      • Handle and resolve any customer-related issues or concerns originating from centers in the India region.
      • Work closely with Customer Service Officers (CSOs) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
      • Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
    • Expansion and Business Development:
      • Collaborate with the COO to drive expansion efforts in the South India region.
      • Identify potential locations for new centers, verify their viability, and contribute to the decision-making process.
      • Coordinate with local teams and vendors for setting up new centers, including infrastructure, staff, and product management.
      • Monitor the performance of newly launched centers and suggest improvements foroperationalefficiency.
    • Compliance and Process Improvement:
      • Ensure adherence to company policies and StandardOperatingProcedures (SOPs) across all centers.
      • Proactively identify areas foroperationalimprovement and implement solutions.
      • Assist in compliance-related tasks, including audits and safety protocols.
    • Team Collaboration:
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as logistics, customer service, and business development.
      • Assist in coordinatingoperationaltasks with centermanagersand ensure alignment of goals.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration,OperationsManagement, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience inoperations, logistics, or business development, preferably in a healthcare or retail setting.
    • Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and customer service processes.
    • Experience inmanagingregional expansions or business growth initiatives.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
