TripThrill is Indians fastest growing homestay curation and marketing company. Operations manager has to have exposure to hospitality, travel and tourism market. Past experience with MMT, Booking.com, Airbnb, Oyo Rooms will be of added advantage. Operations Manager will focus on the continuous improvement in efficiency of process quality and customer experience and ensure team achieve there sales target along with quality. Will handle Operations, Training, Quality teams to ensure that the front-line Customer Experience Specialists have the most efficient and effective workflows to help with resolving customer issues. Additionally, will assist with gathering insight and analysing data to identify and assess opportunities for improvement. Primary Role: Achieve Sales Target Ensures the delivery excellence as per the agreed SOP Resolve escalation on priority Guide the team and Trained them on current hospitality trends. Ensure profitability for each stay Optimizes process and costs.Secondary Role: Conducting surprise site visits Track guest feedbacks Train and coach the delivery team Manage and engage the team time to timeKey Performance Indicator: Profitability Stay Percentage cost reduction Costumer satisfaction Score
