Operations Manager: Fulfillment Lead - Site to Operations Manager: Fulfillment Lead - Site at Livspace Operations Manager: Fulfillment Lead - Site As an Operations Manager , you will Manage end - to - end fulfilment of customer orders from warehouse to customer sites Coordinate fulfilment through order management and warehouse / logistics team to ensure SLAs have maintained Pan India to all customers Develop a detailed dashboard to manage fulfilment through each stage of the journey Resolve escalations from customer due to delivery delays , QC failures , etc. and ensure closure Manage a team of 3 - 4 members responsible for regional fulfilment Maintain dashboard for performance and continuously improve SLAs Timely address the customer escalations and contribute to better customer experience Qualifications / Skill - set 6 - 8 years of work experience in the supply chain in e - commerce , FMCG and manufacturing Past experience in managing fulfilment operations Must have skills in Excel / SQL to manage data for dashboards and monitor consumption Strong analytical skills and a data - driven decision - making mentality Skilled in working on projects with multiple stakeholders Strong leadership and people skills Extremely high level of ownership Excellent written and verbal communication skills Who are we: Livspace is India s reputed interior design and renovation platform that connects interior designers , homeowners and vendors.
