to Operations Manager: Fulfillment Lead - Vendors at Livspace Operations Manager: Fulfillment Lead - Vendors As an Operations Manager , you will Manage end - to - end fulfilment of orders from manufacturing vendors (customers) to Livspace Coordinate fulfilment through order management and warehouse / logistics team to ensure SLAs have maintained Pan India to all customers Own the process of sales order creation to closures till the material is delivered at customer after quality check and sales return are also fulfilled Resolve escalations from customer due to delivery delays , QC failures , etc. and ensure closure Maintain dashboard for performance and continuously improve SLAs Timely address the customer and vendor escalations and contribute to better customer experience Ensure payments from customers and closure of accounts Qualifications / Skill - set 6 - 8 years of work experience in the supply chain in e - commerce , FMCG and manufacturing Past experience in managing fulfilment operations Must have skills in Excel / SQL to manage data for dashboards and monitor consumption Strong analytical skills and a data - driven decision - making mentality Skilled in working on projects with multiple stakeholders Strong leadership and people skills Extremely high level of ownership Excellent written and verbal communication skills Who we are Livspace is India s reputed interior design and renovation platform that connects interior designers , homeowners and vendors.
