to Operations Manager: Planning and Procurement Lead at Livspace Operations Manager: Planning and Procurement Lead As an Operations Manager , you will Plan and manage stocking level Pan India at multiple warehouses to ensure no stock out for all SKUs Develop forecasting models and build in inputs from past sales , sales team targets , peak demands and market supply pattern End - to - End responsibility for the supply chain from source factory to warehouse / site including all commercial and transactional processes Responsible for inventory days management and publish weekly / monthly report with an action plan Manage vendor relationship to ensure SLAs are controlled , publish vendor performance dashboards and create improvement roadmap Manage a team of 5 - 7 members responsible for each category of inbound material through robust processes and monitoring mechanism Own the end - to - end process of PO closures till the material is received at the warehouse after quality check Drive alternate sourcing along with vendor development team in case of supply issues Timely address the customer and vendor escalations and contribute to better customer experience Payments to vendors and ensure closure of accounts Qualifications / Skill - set 4+ years of work experience in the supply chain in e - commerce , manufacturing or FMCG Past experience in managing inventory planning and procurement Strong analytical skills and a data - driven decision - making mentality Skilled in working on projects with multiple stakeholders Strong leadership and people skills Extremely high level of ownership Excellent written and verbal communication skills Should be from NIT / BITS / IIT / IIM / ISB / Tier - 1 B - schools / NITIE Who are we: Livspace is India s reputed interior design and renovation platform that connects interior designers , homeowners and vendors.
