Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in vendor management and operations management. Experience in project/ program management. Preferred qualifications: PMP, Six Sigma certification. 5 years of experience working in agency/ consultancy or outsourced program/ project management and/ or operations management. As an Operations Manager, youll build relationships with Research Operations Relationship managers based in the regions who work directly with Staffing and Channels points of contact (POCs) to identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage the Research Operations (ResOps) team to deliver high quality candidate pipelines and provide candidate data management support. As an Operations Manager, youll understand these requirements and work with the large outsourced Research Operations team of researchers to deliver the projects efficiently and in a timely fashion. You will also be responsible for monitoring utilization levels, quality and output of the research team, and spotting and driving operational excellence and process improvement opportunities. Monitor utilization across sub- teams and enable collaboration to ensure resources are aligned to volume. Devise strategies enabling the research team to generate and deliver high quality, impactful pipelines of talent. Understand talent availability and sources of talent/ talent insights/ data in your area. Monitor and drive project delivery, output, productivity, and quality against goals. Identify opportunities to improve/ automate/ innovate/ maintain an environment of continuous improvement.
