Job Description

  1. Implement and maintain in-store visual merchandising & space planning according to company standards, guidelines & promotional calendar Ongoing Country Visual Merchandising Guidelines, Planograms & Micro Space Planning CMVMM, SM
  2. Ensure complete and correct price labeling in store, working closely with Store Managers/Shift Supervisors
  3. Coach and develop Sales Associates and Stock Keepers to deliver optimum store standards Ongoing visual merchandising strategy and guidelines, feedback Division on necessary local adaptation OSA, OSK Training Sessions
  4. Create appealing and eye-catching merchandise displays that lead the customer through the entire store Ongoing visual merchandising strategy and Marketing strategy
  5. Change displays in accordance with the season, market trends and festivities as per the agreed calendar. Ongoing visual merchandising strategy and Marketing strategy
  6. Ensuring the proper lighting of all signboards of the store Ongoing visual merchandising strategy
  7. Facilitate and promote timely communication and cooperation between stores, warehouse and country headquarters to accomplish sales, margin, and service objectives Ongoing Reports
  8. Ensure Marketing Books are properly distributed and introduce / present its content to the local and divisional team Ongoing Marketing books
