    • Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
    • Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

        • Key Responsibilities : A - Administration and Management of HP Operations Orchestrator HPOO / Automation Environment B- Create manage Scripts Windows / UNIX / LINUX C- Create and Evaluate Existing Flows in HPOO D - Provided Automated Solutions to delivery Teams for Standard Work Instructions and SOWs E - Design and Develop Interfaces for HP OO F - Deliver Automation Reports Periodically
        • Technical Experience : A - Experience in installation and configuration of UCMDB/UD/UCMDB Browser B- Experience in UCMDB Advanced configurations like SSL,SSO, LDAP and HA configurations C- Experience in Protocols - WMI, SSH, NTCMD, SNMP and others etc D- Basic Discovery and advanced level discovery includes host, host resources, Database, Middle ware and Application discovery E- Experience in Creation of Views, TQL queries and Reports F- Experience in Application Modeling and Automatic Service Modelling ASM
