Job Description

Job Title : Front End Developer Location: Bangalore Experience: 6 to 10 Years Key Responsibilities

  • Senior Front-End Developers work alongside our delivery lead to help develop and implement Onsite personalisation and Optimisation tactics on websites and other channels using technologies like maxymiser or Optimisely.
  • Ownership and implementation of development, testing and delivery to end client.
  • Learn and adapt to new marketing technologies in A/B and multivariate testing Optimisation and Personalisation eg: Boxever and Pega Marketing,
  • You will be expected to present to clients, document solutions and stand behind your product and ideas.
  • Outstanding communication across team and client.
  • Develop and maintain documentation around development processes, briefing, technical requirements and execution.
  • Stay up to date on key platform enhancements that are being worked on.
Skills and Qualifications
  • B.Tech or B.E in computer science or equivalent
  • Marketing domain experience or agency experience is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years hands on UI development experience.
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
  • Proficient understanding of CRO platforms such as Oracle Maxymiser, Optimizely, Adobe Test & Target , Adobe Experience Manager
  • Knowledge of Optimisation and Personalisation concepts.
  • Proficient understanding of web and email markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
  • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
  • Be proficient with image authoring tools like Photoshop, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / SVN / TFS.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
