Job Description

    We are currently hiring SAP SD/CS Consultants for an exciting role with one of our leading clients. Please find the details below:Mandatory Skills: SAP SD and SAP CSLocation: Bangalore / Pune / MumbaiExperience: 4 to 12 yearsRole Overview: As an SAP CS Consultant, you will manage and support SAP Customer Service processes, including service orders, service contracts, warranties, and repairs. The role focuses on improving customer service operations and ensuring seamless service lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities:Configure and support SAP CS module (Service Orders, Notifications, Service Contracts, Warranty & Claims Management, Repair Processing)Integrate SAP CS with SD, MM, PM, and FIAnalyze business requirements and design SAP solutionsManage service order costing and settlementSupport field service and after-sales processesPrepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teamsExecute testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support go-live activitiesProvide post-go-live support and incident resolutionCreate training materials and conduct user training sessions
