Roles and Responsibilities- Perform end to end Testing; User Acceptance Testing, Regression & Functional- Documentation of UAT Test Scenarios - Test Cases / Test Scripts- Test automation and build automation script suite- Provide training on best practices and industry wide standardized Testing approach- Build competency assessment tests for testers- Defect Management - identification and analysis of defects and work with Ops teams to ensure the quality of delivered software as well as ensuring timely bug resolution.- In parallel with testing responsibilities, the candidate will be required to assist in the delivery of monthly/quarterly reporting on the testing results.- Update documentation that has gone out-of-dateSoft Skills Required- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.- Understanding of TDD, BDD and Shift Left concepts- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.- Strong attention to detail.- Ability to negotiate, communicate and deliver effective Automated Test solutions to both Development and QA organizations.- Experience in use of MS Office products for both analysis and presentation.Technical Skills required.- Bachelor s Degree and/or Graduate Degree.- Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role.- experience in project management and QA methodology.- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.- experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools.Basic knowledge of Web/HTML- One Testing Certification ISTQB or CSTE,
