    • Very good knowledge and experience in Core HR, SSHR, Absence management and Payroll concepts
    • Good knowledge and experience in technical components like Pl/Sql, AME, Personalization, Fast formula, Alerts, Reports, Data migration
    • Good communication skills
    • Have E2E implementation experience
    • worked on support and enhancement projects
    • Have support experience in OTL
    • NO WF or OAF expertise
    • Functional & technical
    Position2 JD - EBS HRMS Functional Consultant with Exp. in Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, PLSQL, AME, Workflow
    • A Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
    • 4-8 years of overall experience including experience in HCM modules of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12
    • Proficiency in the below EBS modules (must-have)
      • Oracle E-Business Suite Core HR
      • Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll
      • Oracle E-Business Suite Self Service
    • Minimum of 5 end to end implementations with Oracle HR Modules
    • Technical knowledge in the below modules(must-have)
      • Pl/Sql
      • AME & Workflow
    • In-depth knowledge of HCM operational business practices
    • Experience in implementing and supporting long-term / complex project on Oracle Applications
    • Knowledge in integrating EBS with other business applications
    • Exceptional analytical, logical and problem solving skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, including the ability to engage key stakeholders, internally and externally at different levels
    • Familiar with working in an integrated and multi-cultural environment
    • Strong analytical & organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight and competing deadlines
    • A minimum of 2 Support Projects (2 Years).
    • Proven record of working with Customizations and Interfaces.
    Position3 JD - Integration Consultant having exp. in integrating EBS HRMS to 3rdParty systems
    • Oracle technical experience with minimum 8 years
    • Experience on oracle HCM integrations with third party application by using web service and file based
    • Experience on Oracle EBS SOA gateway
    • Experience on Oracle HCM APIs and interfaces
