Job Description

    Oracle EBS Program MangerExperience Range: 10 YearsRelevant Experience 5Job Location: Pan India (LTIMindtree)Job Description
    • 10 years of overall experience with 5 years in Program management of Oracle EBS projects
    • Successfully led 3-4 large Oracle EBS implementation projects, preferably in large, multi-national organizations
    • At least 5 years of experience in implementation, roll-outs, upgrade and support of Oracle EBS projects covering HR/Payroll, Financials, Projects, Procurement/Sourcing, SCM & MFG processes
    • Should have good understanding of the inter/intra module dependencies across Oracle EBS stack from an implementation/upgrade engagements experience
    • Understanding of differences in executing Oracle on-premise (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Applications is preferred
    • Good understanding and knowledge of AIM/OUM methodologies, Transition approach, Knowledge Transition KT), resource allocation, budget & planning process
    • Should have handled 50 member team in an onsite-offshore model
    • Should be able to prepare clear, concise presentations for program status, RAID logs
    • Can prepare and present the estimations, plans for implementation, roll-outs, upgrades (technical and functional upgrades)
    • Good knowledge of and interaction with any tool utilizing the ITIL framework for managing tickets, changes and interactions
    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage multiple implementation/support projects using leading practices, methods, frameworks, standards and maturity models
    • Lead planning, execution and controlling activities for projects strategic benefits and objectives, or subsections of medium/large programs (e.g. Managed services, Shared support, Cloud and App/DB Upgrade projects.
    • Manage and/or assist in managing multiple projects, or sub-projects of multi-year large/complex projects including PMO, Transition Organizations, Operations and Governance.
    • Ability to perform program performance measures, implement controls.
    • Ability to develop program recovery plans and remediation options (cost benefit analysis) to senior management.
    • Qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to analyze the behavior/performance and the outcomes to project plan.
    • Program/project risk management initiatives including risk planning, execution and response development.
    • Ability to manage timelines, communications, escalations
    • Work closely with the project leads and key client stakeholders for the tracking/closure of urgent / high severity issues within defined service levels, and month/quarter/year-end closures
