• Design, develop, implement & Support the Oracle Solutions for R2R,O2C,P2P.
• Must have Min 2-Oracle Finance Modules experience.
• supporting Oracle Financials modules like GL, AR, AP, Cash Management ( min 2 modules)
• Oracle financial modules Gathering business requirements,gap analysis, design, configuration, and testing.
• Good to have knowledge in Oracle BPM workflow, supplier management, AP invoice and payment workbench.
• Familier with end-to-end cycles of P2P with accounting.
• Very good Experience working in AMS project under Oracle Cloud platform.
• Oracle Integration process understanding.
• Best practices for integrations with standard enterprise systems such as Oracle Cloud, Other SaaS applications.
# Roles and Responsibilities:In this role, the Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant will be responsible for:1. Design, develop, implement, Support the Oracle Solutions for Record-2-Report, Order-2-Cash, Procure-2-Pay areas of Oracle. Minimum 2 finance Modules knowledge are required. 2. 4-8 years of experience supporting Oracle Financials modules like GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, etc. Proficiency at least two modules are required. 3. Senior resource track record in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, and testing.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Familiarity with end-to-end cycles of P2P with accounting. 6. Good to have knowledge in Oracle BPM workflow, supplier management, AP invoice and payment workbench. 7. Knowledge of Customer data management, Invoicing & Transaction, Revenue Management, Dunning letter, AR Unaccounted transactions etc. 8. Good Knowledge in FBDI and ADFDI process. 9. Knowledge in COA structure, Journal process, allocation along with Intracompany knowledge. 10. Familiar with Oracle Integration process understanding. 11. Very good Experience working in AMS project under Oracle Cloud platform. 12. An Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant delivering real-time visibility, robust analytics, and seamless integration with other business functions. Leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud, finance professionals can efficiently manage core processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and asset management.13. Collaborate with business users and various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements and reporting requirements. 14. Participation in requirement definition and documentation, design, and development reviews functionally. 15. Defining and implementing best practices for integrations with standard enterprise systems such as Oracle Cloud, Other SaaS applications.16. Efficient in handling month-end close issues raised by the business team and able to resolve them independently from a functional perspective.# Experience :Required Skills for Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant:1. Minimum 4 to 8 years of Oracle Cloud report functional experience. 2. Functional Analysis skills on SaaS and non-SaaS applications (Oracle Cloud). Experience in designing and developing complex functional designs, cutting across multiple systems. Functional understanding of business processes within Oracle Cloud.3. Ability to work with technical teams on inbound/outbound integrations.4. Strong functional knowledge of AP, AR, and GL at-list two module knowledge is required. 5. Ability to proactively solve issues and conflict resolution. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Should have ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances. 8. Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
