Dear All,Greetings from Mindcom Consulting Services Pvt Ltd!We have a job openings for Oracle Financials and SCM, interested candidate can apply for a job at ofotedar@mindcomgroup.com.SCM Role: 2-3 Years of experience in implementation and Support of Oracle Supply chain modules like Inventory, Purchasing Order Management, and Advanced Pricing etc. Should have worked in R12i versions Should have hands on experience in understanding the requirements, configuration, demo testing in all the mentioned modules. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills Should be ready to work in shift basis including night. Financial Role: Strong Knowledge on Accounts - GL, AR & AP .Collect and analyze business requirements for Oracle financial projects. Write business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentations. Assist in design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle financials projects. Provide suggestions to customize Oracle applications for optimal performance. Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion. Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly. Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions Experience in managing 4-5 people spreading in multiple shifts. Go-getter, Good interpersonal and soft skills, Good written and oral communication dealing internal and external clients. Analytical skills, Good team management Should be ready to work in shift basis including night. The ideal candidate should have at least 4+ years of experience in the field of finance with complete knowledge on accounting, finalization, audit, VAT preparation and reporting for a distribution or manufacturing company having sound ERP application knowledge.
