    • Gather and Analyze Requirements:
    o Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.o Document and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
    • ONESOURCE Configuration and Implementation:
    o Understand configuration in Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS R12 modules (AP, AR, GL) to meet client-specific needs for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax implementation.o Implement and integrated ONESOURCE indirect tax solutions (VAT, GST) solution with Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS R12 ERP
    • Client Management:
    o Build and maintain strong client relationships.o Address client queries and concerns effectively.o Provide clear and concise explanations of complex technical concepts.o Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to clients.
    • Project Delivery:
    o Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.o Support testing activities, including the development of test scenarios and test documentation.o Provide post-implementation support (hypercare) to ensure smooth system operation.
    • Stay Updated:
    o Maintain a strong understanding of the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS R12 functionalities and industry best practices.o Stay informed about evolving tax regulations and their impact on ERP systems.Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Experience: 8-12 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS R12 (AP, AR, GL and Tax)
    • Technical Skills:
    o In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud/EBS R12 Finance modules (AP, AR, GL).o Expertise in implementing indirect tax solutions (VAT, GST) within Oracle.o Experience with integrating ERP with external Indirect tax determination software (preferred).o Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite R12 architecture and functionalities.
    • Functional Skills:
    o Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements.o Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.o Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Soft Skills:
