    • Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : A: Identify business requirements for creation of Fast Formulas B: Translate functional design documents to technical design documents C: Perform end to end functional testing D: Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Fast Formulas E: Hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customer F: Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfaction
        • Technical Experience : A: Expertise in Building Fast Formulas and Transformation Formula per specifications B: Expertise in working across different modules for Fast Formula development eg Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits etc C: Ability to design and develop Fast Formulas for payroll calculations calculator, skip rules, messaging, error handling etc
        • Professional Attributes : A: Interact and Deliver results by working with the Cross-Organization team members responsible B: Strong team handling skills, analytical skills and presentation skills
        • Educational Qualification : A BE/MCA
      • Additional Information : A Prior experience with 2 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation B Oracle Cloud Certified preferred
