If you re a hands-on technologist who wants to make an impact, come join us!Full Stack Developer The overall objective for this position is to have a strong candidate ensuring successful agile project execution and end2end delivery in the HR application landscape of the Group Functions Organisation.The current application landscape is in front of significant development and standardization requiring a candidate with the right mindset to understand which application development activities leads to transformed and renewed landscape by utilizing the latest available technology to foster refresh of the new innovative application landscape. • Being able to communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Assist in design and the develop solutions 100% on cloud based on cloud native architecture.
• Assist to define the design and implement the solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain new and existing solutions in Agile.
• Participate in designs, design review and code review.
• Able to work with both structured and unstructured data sources.
• Able to prioritize and estimate work packages based on clear rationale.
• Work in DevOps mode and provide production support post go live.
• Participates in prototyping, pilots and PoC creation.
• Inspect and verify and refactor the quality of packages before release.
• Assist in creation of technical documentation.
• Supports solution deployments using cloud native tools.
• Provides training to key users as needed.

Key skills and experience required for performing the role:
• 5-7 years of core software development experience in prominent organizations.
• Has worked as part of an Agile Software Development team creating enterprise/B2B software products for a wide user base (more than 1000 users).
• Strong computer science fundamentals in Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design Princiles, Databases and Analytics.
• Experience in full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Has excellent proficiency in creating intuitive UI and workflows for enterprise/B2B products.
• Has worked in Test Driven and Design Driven Development environment.
• Comfortable with debugging and analysing existing code and refactor as needed.
• Has experience in writing Clean Code following best practices and always focus on code quality metrics.
• Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new products can be of added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Integration (Azure DevOps preferred) and relevant tools such as Maven/Jenkins)
• Proven coding expertise with the following:
  • Back-end skills: .NET, C#, MVC
  • DB skills: SQL/NoSQL
  • Front-end skills: TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.JS
  • Front-end skills: HTML, CSS, Redux, React JS and related framework and libraries.
  • Front-end skills: Hands on experience in React/Angular
  • UI Unit test frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, Karma
Additional good to have skills: JAVA/Python/Golang/Redis/Rabbit MQ/PowerBI/APIs/WebHooks/ELK stack
• Good to have experience in designing and writing efficient microservices.
• Good to have some experience of working as a business analyst at some point in career.
• Good to have some experience in application security and cloud security best practice.
• Good to have experience in working with Azure Dev Ops or JIRA
• Cloud Skills:
  • Preferably worked on Azure PaaS development.
  • Comfortable with Azure Containers, App Services, API Management, SQL/NoSQL DBs, Azure Functions, Blobs and Azure Pricing Models.
  • Experience in deploying multiple interconnected microservices within Azure.
  • Good to have experience on Event Driven architecture.
  • Proficiency in GIT/VSTS and other versioning tools.
Education:
• B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME/MCA degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Certifications in Agile can be an added advantage.
