Job Description

    Purpose of the Role: The OSM Developer will work independently, applying subject matter expertise in Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM) for a critical ACT IT system.Role Description:
    1. Own the end-to-end responsibility of the OSM stack implementation.
    2. Ensure 99.99% uptime for all applications related to OSM.
    3. Create technical designs based on business/functional requirements for Change requests.
    4. Work on Agile CR development, including developing, testing, and deploying application components.
    5. Recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
    6. Maintain proper documentation as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and create SOPs where necessary.
    Key Result Areas:
    1. Time taken to plan, engineer, and deploy new functionalities/services related to OSM.
    2. Turnaround time to resolve server and/or service failures.
    3. Uptime of servers and services related to CCT (Critical ACT IT system) across all locations.
