Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and schedule the meeting with the respective team.Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers and schedule meeting with the respective teams.
    • Present and explain the benefits of the companys products or services to prospects.
    • Handle objections and provide solution.
    • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
    • Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in international sales, outbound sales, tele sales, or a similar role.
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
    • Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
