oSupport program / policy implementation like regulatory change management, other project management tasks like global PMO for Institutional Services (IS) & Global Delivery (GD) Business Risk Management (FLOD)oSupport risk reporting team with data collation, analysis and reporting output for executive level risk committee membersoWork with Business Risk Management team members and other SMEs to provide qualitive analysis of emerging risk trendsoLiaise with Compliance and Risk departments to ensure a seamless integration of State Street s controls framework for IS & GDoSupport the development and execution of a IS & GD project/program management functionoPerform control assessments to determine regulatory & policy compliance. As needed, collaborate with the business-aligned Compliance Managers or Business Executives to better understand the applicable regulatory requirements and policy.oBuild business knowledge of both operational and technical components to support business SMEsoAct as an advisor in the area of risk assessment and controls development for operational risk, regulatory risk, emerging risk and fraud risk.oWork with the Business Risk team members and as necessary with first line business process owners to complete end to end business process enhancementsoSupport Conflicts of Interest (COI) and Ethics requirements co-chair sub-committeesoCoordinate client communications with Client Service and Relationship Management teamsoMonitor and report remediation steps and corrective action plans from control / risk review findings to implementationoOther tasks as requiredEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:The following are required:oBachelor s degree or MBA in Finance, Accountancy, Business or related fieldo4 - 7 years of work experience with internal controls, accounting, risk / project managementoExperience in the financial services sector, or risk management or audit activitiesoStrong critical thinking skills, ability to manage ambiguity, ask the right questions to obtain clear answersoStrong attention to details and accuracyoStrong organizational and time management skills, ability to manage own time in order to meet deadlinesoStrong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to exercise professional skepticismoAbility to manage multiple simultaneous tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environmentoIntermediate MS Office skills (should be strong in MS Excel & PPT)oProficiency with MS Excel and PowerPointStrong experience with data visualization tools such as TableauExperience with data querying tools a plus (SQL, Alteryx, etc.)oSolution oriented and collaborative team player,
