Job Description

    IntroductionAs a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and Responsibilities
    • Total 7-8 years of Relevant Experience
    • Should be well versed in reporting analytics, and be able to design operational and advance reports/dashboards in SuccessFactors.
    • Able to run workshops with the client in the design phase and work under agile methodology.
    • Experience in configuration of the system based on the business requirements of the client
    • Well versed in ORD, Advanced Analytics, Dashboards, and People Story.
    • Have basic knowledge on cross module reporting
    • Have knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud product capabilities, limitations
    • Able to develop complex calculated fields and troubleshoot reports, performance and security issues
    • Support the development and test teams with the creation of test data. Ensure test data conforms to data security requirements
    • Experience in SQL Queries
    • Workforce Management including Integration points
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • SuccessFactors People Analytics, WFA, and WFP, Learning reports.Have good communication skills.
    • Must be Certified in SF WFM and SF EC. Should have worked in end-to-end implementations.
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Successfactors EC with hands on experience.
