• You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
• You will be responsible for Implementation planning, Fit analysis, facilitating design sessions to gather requirements, Configuration, Unit testing, Rollout and Potentially post-implementation support.

What you will do:

• Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday HR (Human Resources)/Benefits and/or Compensation Management modules
• Create solutions for client and/or internal review
• Participate in client meetings to communicate status or give demos
• Resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in solutioning and implementation of Workday Benefits & Compensation modules
• Experience in complex project delivery and transformation for at least 1 global implementation
• Proven expertise in completion of at least 2 end-to-end Workday global rollout/implementation as a compensation consultant
• Knowledge of compensation localization and legislative requirements in various countries in Europe and North America
• Ability to lead workshops on compensation and convey solutions to complex business requirements to HR SMEs
• Working knowledge of Time Management and Core HR as they integrate with Compensation

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

• Workday Certification Workday Compensation & Benefits is an added advantage
• Proven expertise with Workday navigation and Workday tools environment
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
• Ability to manage change and good time management while adhering to strict project deadlines
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
