Job Description

    Payment Posting ExecutiveWe are hiringexperienced Payment Posting professionalsfor a leading US Healthcare BPO. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience inmedical payment postingand a strong understanding ofEOBs and ERA reconciliation.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
    • Reconcile payment batches and resolve discrepancies.
    • Review and interpretEOBs (Explanation of Benefits)andERAs.
    • Maintain productivity and accuracy as per SLA benchmarks.
    • Work with AR, denial, and billing teams as needed for account closure.
    • Ensure adherence to HIPAA compliance and process guidelines.
    Candidate Requirements:
    • Graduatein any discipline (mandatory).
    • 1 to 5 yearsof experience inPayment Posting US Healthcare.
    • Proficient in using billing software and understanding of healthcare terminology.
    • Comfortable working in anight shiftenvironment.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
