Job Description

Zeta is looking to hire an enthusiastic Payroll Associate to help execute and manage all payroll related related operations and tasks. The role is based out of Bangalore and reports to the Associate Manager, Compensation and Benefits.What is the job like

  • End to end payroll processing and personnel records management of the company, including the payment of PF, ESIC, MLWF dues
  • TDS Calculation and deductions, monitoring incentives, reimbursements, and other aspects related to payroll
  • Generating Form 16 and releasing it to the employees
  • Full and Final statement processing and release of the Full and Final amount within the stipulated timeline
  • Generating MIS Reports and submitting it to the stakeholders within the given timeline
  • Excellent hands-on experience in salary processing
  • Should be familiar with all salary, attendance related adjustments, and corrections along with its impact of taxation
  • Good knowledge of Labor Laws like PF Act, ESIC Act, Bonus Act, Maternity Act, Gratuity Act, etc
  • Good experience in handling Internal & External Audits

  • Bachelor s degree in any field. A MBA/PGDM degree is preferable
  • Proven experience in interacting with employees and resolving their queries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and focus on work with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking skills and a good team-player
