Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Checking of all the attendance and leave summary of employees.
    • Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
    • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
    • Generation of Monthly PF /ESIC/ PT Challan.
    • KYC Updating of Old and new employees.
    • Full and final settlement of employees.
    • Maintaining of Employee records, salary masters Preparing payroll dashboard.
    • Calculation of Gratuity, Bonus, Leave encashment, Compensation.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 0-5 years of experience in inside sales for a technology product.
    • Previous experience in B2B product sales will be a bonus.
    • Knowledge of HR and payroll process will be desirable.
    SKILLS
    • Good spoken and written English skills, + spoken Hindi skills.
    • Technology savvy with a keen interest in software product working.
    • Demonstrated customer service orientation.
    • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
    • Work independently with little or no hand-holding.
    • Easily adapt to changing situations and priorities.
