Dear Candidates,Greetings from NOVEL GROUP!Great OpportunityJob Role : Payroll ExecutiveQualification: MBA, B.com, MSWExperience : 1 years - 3 yearsLocation : Koramangala, BangaloreNote: Candidate should Know all statutory Compliance , Payroll , PF , ESIC Key responsibilities:

  • Execution of Monthly Payroll and Full and Final Settlement
  • Responsible for payroll and F & F Calculation
  • Ensuring adherence to the checklist
  • Updating Monthly accounting entries in SAP
  • Generate ad-doc reports to analyse payroll data
  • Maintain and publish periodic dashboard, MIS Reports.
  • Adhere and Comply with statutory provisions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity etc
  • Preparation& checking the documents for Income Tax Deductions.
  • Reconciliation of Payroll, Auditing
  • It Return of company and Employees
  • Knowledge of Payroll on software, Salary Processing.
  • Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, MLWF, Gratuity
  • Basic Knowledge of Accounting
  • Knowledge of ERP will be advantage
  • PT return pan India
