You will play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize graphics.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Leading highly complex layouts while ensuring quality, efficiency, and manufacturability. Involves early in architecture phase & leads product feasibility study, pathfinding, break-out study, PCB strategies, etc. Best optimization of Placement to Board area, performs density analysis, input constraints, route traces, routing of high-speed interfaces (GDDR, PCIe, etc) using Type-3 and Type-4 PCB technology Design boards using HDI of highly complex designs using different HDI structures, Microvias - stacked and staggered, any layer vias, all layer vias, Deep Microvias, deep stacked micro vias etc., Set all component, net, topology design rules using Constraint Manager. Ensure DFA, DFM and DFT constraints are set as per design class and types. Interacts with PCB vendors and build Stackup to enable multiple fabrication vendors. Good knowledge of Plane fills, referencing and copper balancing. Generate layout reports daily/weekly and tracks project schedule Review Gerber data vs design and sign-off for manufacturing Provides technical expertise to team, to optimize PCB designs, design practices, resolve PCB design, reliability, schedule and/or cost issues and combined HDI technology guidance. Co-Works with various teams in understanding the requirements and meeting the product requirements (such as system arch, design leads, mechanical, manufacturing, etc).QualificationsExperience in the PCB Layout domain: 10-18 years Must worked on high speed, high component density boards. Hands on experience in Cadence Allegro Library and Layout Tool Experience in developing and validating Logical and Physical Footprint symbols using Allegro PCB Design Knowledge of Parts and Components Intense knowledge of CES, Stackup, board cross section, impedance details, Components and specifications Capabilities of delivering PCB CAD Layout of High Density-High Speed, Analog, Digital, Flex Designs etc. Must have hands on experience in HDI micro via technology in Allegro Basic knowledge of Schematics, Signal integrity, Power Integrity, EMI/EMC, Mechanical and Thermal analysis with respect to PCB board layout DFA, DFM and DFT knowledge to adhere to Quality assurance Valor experience along with other Gerber viewer tool knowledge Automation and Skill scripting knowledge Additional knowledge of IPC standards, guidelines, methodologies, Mechanical specifications and processesInside this Business GroupIntel Architecture, Graphics, and Software (IAGS) brings Intels technical strategy to life.
