Job Description

Job Summary:Senior Associate is expected to work on all service request and understand the customer requirement and address customer s requirement. This has to done with Customer First attitude and First right time methodology. They have to work with different stakeholders and keep abreast of the changes happening in the organizational policies and procedures.Other responsibilities include:Alert/early warn manager on TAT misses, urgencies, quality issues, potential issues in a timely and effective manner Complete assigned tasks/activities accurately within expected timelines ensuring service levels are met as agreed with the stakeholder Work collaboratively with upstream/downstream processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the process Coordinates requests with other support teams, identifying, tracking and resolving issues Effective escalation handling Initiate process improvement/reengineering projects to make the process more efficient/leanEducational QualificationBachelor s degree Proficiency in MS office (Word/Excel)Experience & Role RequirementsLead Role Accountable for delivery of contracted IT Hardware and Software Asset Management services during steady-state operations 3-5 years of experience in customer service operations Good Written and verbal communication skillBusiness Execution & Performance MonitoringActively monitors business performance to ensure effectiveness, adjust strategy as required, and identify investment returnsIncident Management: Resolve technical and some business incidents independently. Mentor/assist less experienced team members on complex incidents.Customer Relationship Management: Influence with customers and/or internal businesses/end users on a broad range of technical and operational topics. Becoming a trusted advisor to the customers and/or internal businesses/end users. . Develop and grow assigned customers and/or internal businesses/end users account relationships.,
