Job Area Engineering - Hardware Location India - Bangalore Job Overview Power Delivery Network (PDN) methodology development: encompassing accurate modeling of the IPs, understanding and working with vendors on next generation analysis methodologies and analysis goals for high speed CPU based SoCs. Requires doing the DoE for various chip-design styles for better PDN, design techniques tolerant to PDN noise and evaluating some of the techniques on testchips in industrys most aggressive technology nodes. Working with various thermal teams (in Bangalore and across the globe) on thermal analysis methodology development: encompassing SoC, package and systems. Skills Experience: A minimum of 1 yr of experience working on PDN and/or circuits / backend timing analysis / physical design. Expertise with industry standard EDA tools: Ansys (Redhawk), Cadence (Voltus), PrimeTime, Innovus Fully hands on with Linux, SPICE and PTPX. Proficient in Perl/TCL.
