About Cloud & Network ServicesCloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.Job DescriptionOur team has a financially successful software platform deployed at 70 of the world s leading telecommunications companies. Tens of thousands of Call Center Agents as well as tens of millions of subscribers use this software on a daily basis. We make it easy for these companies to integrate their backend systems into troubleshooting and diagnostic modules that we expose through self-help portals, customer service representative consoles, and SOAP/REST APIs. We service big customers whose changing needs constantly drive the evolution of the product, and we deliver features that are rock solid while meeting their high scalability demands. Recent customer growth means we need to expand our team, so we are looking for a Performance Expert/Tester with the experience to add value quickly. Job Responsibilities & Competencies

• 9+ years of relevant experience in testing telecom/IP based products and performance test areas.
• Expertise in performance testing tools like Jmeter and Load Runner tools.
• Good experience in monitoring tools like - zabbix, JMX Jconsole, Prometheus, Grafana etc.
• Proficient in Java heap, threads and log analysis, with JVM and Database tuning.
• Working knowledge in areas of HTTP/2, JSON, Docker/Container/PODs, Kubernetes , Openstack, Vmware, AWS is needed.
• Good knowledge of test processes and automation areas. Continuous integration (CI) process is required.
• Experience in tracing tools WireShark, IPDump,etc.
• Good in Unix and shell scripting, Programming Knowledge (Python, Ansible).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage performance testing deliverables within an overall project schedule
• Experience in planning, dimensioning, debugging and deployment of scalable, highly-available, geo-redundant telecom software.

What you will be doing

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans, scenario analysis and test cases for Performance, Robustness areas.
• Specialist in performance test areas with close understanding of business scenarios, load tools etc.
• Maintain a dimensioning tool for the product and support customer teams that are dimensioning customer solutions using the tool.
• Responsible for product deliverables with good performance and quality.
• Deploy applications in specified environment and create required test data.
• Develop and maintain software and scripts for performance simulation of external systems.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Development and Test teams to foster a team environment.
• Provide support as required to customer projects to support performance issues in the field.
