Role: Brand planner with Extensive Performance Marketing skills. The candidate will be experienced in brand planning for considered purchases, and have deep skills in B to B Performance Marketing. Brand Planning: Will be a core member of the performance marketing team, working on global client account, and will be tasked with executing communication strategies in the framework of a clearly defined brand position. Performance Marketing: Will design and execute brand planning and performance marketing programs for the client in India Performance Marketing efforts include, but are not limited to: traditional and digital brand planning as well as designing campaigns for attracting, engaging and converting any and all prospects for our clients into qualified sales opportunities. This is a hands-on, yet highly visible and strategic role within the company. Performance Marketing Planner will coordinate with internal and external teams, including advertising, digital including social and media teams to translate marketing objectives and strategies into integrated media plans with an emphasis on performance-driven campaigns: desktop and mobile display, video, paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and SEO. The ideal candidate should understand how to develop insight-based + data driven Strategies and be ready to build and scale performance marketing programs, test and optimize response / lead nurturing processes, develop campaigns to capture demand, and measure program success on a India scale. Job Requirements: Ability to create effective brand positioning, performance marketing and creative strategies.
