    • Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
    • Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

        • Key Responsibilities : Must have skills: Chaos Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering 1 Devise performance testing strategy on cloud environment 2 Performance testing using various tools 3 Implementation of observability stack 4 Guide the team on resilience testing Dynatrace, AppDynamics etc
        • Technical Experience : 1 Performance testing strategy and good Analytical skills 2 Experience in Performance Engineering and Resilience 3 Analytical skills into performance and resilience across applications across environments 4 Should have architected performance tests, resilience tests by fault injection, developed performance engineering framework 5 Good business acumen and the ability to connect analytics with business decisions 6 Knowledge on Chaos eng tools Gremlin / LitmusChaos / ChaosMesh 7 Cloud certified
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Should be able to drive Performance Testing strategies 2 Should have excellent client communication skills 3 Cloud certified
