Job Description

Hiring for the Real estate industry.*Role*:Executive Assistant/Personal Secretary*Experience*:Graduate/personal Secretaryship course preferable with 7-10 years of which minimum 5 years in a senior managerial capacity.*Job location*: Bangalore*Must have skills*:administrative activities,secretarial duties forC-level executives,Internal & External stakeholders,MS-Office,Verbal & writtenCommunication,Computer literacy.*Must be from Industry*: Real estateRelevant profiles please reach out to mailcv108@gmail.com.Job Purpose: To ensure that all administrative related activities and secretarial duties are carried out in a timely manner and that all business correspondences are well articulated and managed. To support the existing team on assigned tasks from time to time.Work Relations: Internal Interface: Leadership team, Advisory committee, Board members, internal stakeholders across locations where the organization has its business.External Interface: External Audit Teams, Prospective clients and vendors, Business counterparts.Critical Accountabilities:

  • Managing the day to day correspondence of the MDs office.
  • Handling the calls and front desk management.
  • Visitor Management: Polite and cordial communication with all visitors and manage their appointment meticulously.
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters would be a necessity.
  • Travel Management: Manage the entire cycle of the travel plans of the CMD and ensure
  • proper communication protocols are followed in case of any modifications in the travel plan.
  • Ensure proper channels of communication are followed.
  • Manage the logistics of essential correspondences/complimentary articles to and from the CMDs office.
  • Document management: categorizing and filing of all paperwork.
  • Excellent Communication skills and present-ability of self.
Critical Knowledge areas:
  • Professional fluency in English. Knowledge of vernacular languages would be an asset.
  • Digital know-how: Setting up of virtual meetings, Calendar alignments, basic troubleshooting techniques during virtual calls/meetings, and back end ERP management.
  • Computer literacy: Basic skills in MS Outlook, word, Power-point, excel.
  • Typing/Shorthand.
