Job Description

Micro services Engineer SeniorJob purpose:Manager in the IT Advisory Services team to be part of the delivery of Micro services based projects for our customers across the globe.Your Technical responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of applying object-oriented and functional programming styles to real-world software engineering problems.
  • Experience with organizations migrating from a monolithic legacy deployment and release environment to a containerized deployment ecosystem
  • Experience with Micro services Architecture and Container Technologies (ACS, Docker, Mesos, Kubernetes etc.)
  • Experience of working in Big Data Platforms will be a huge plus.
  • Demonstrable understanding of high-quality coding and testing practices.
  • Leveraging deep understanding and adoption of Agile software delivery techniques and technologies including Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
  • Developing solutions using a variety of technologies and tools to marry on-premise and cloud-based systems together.
  • An appetite to learn new technologies and a drive for continual improvement.
  • A keen interest in technology and self-improvement. Examples include having an active GitHub account or completion of relevant courses.
  • Contributions to the technical community, either through blogs, internal workshops, meetups or conferences.
  • Experience in Reactive architecture.
Requirements (Qualifications)We are looking for the candidates with the following:
  • BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 6 to 10 years

  • Java, J2EE, Java8
  • Should have at least 3 years of good programming experience in Scal
  • Eclipse IDE, Spring boot, Spring Cloud, Play/Lagom with Scala

  • Postman/SoapUI
Preferred skills:Any Cloud Experience (AWS/AZURE/GCP/PCF)
  • Experience of working with NoSQl databases like Cassandra
  • Experience of working with RDBMS databases like Postgres
  • Experience in designing and developing Restful styled web services
  • Experience in agile development methodologies like SCRUM
  • Exposure to Business BFSI Industry
  • Exposure to CI/CD Pipeline
  • Experience working on CMMI / Agile / SAFE methodologies
