Req ID: 57393 PL/ SQL Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN- KA), India (IN).Role Description Part of team working on small development and enhancement requests for the Oracle eBusiness Suite applications. Coordinate with the Business Analyst and Testing Teams to ensure timely resolution for all minor enhancements, tickets, defects.Triage technical issues reported by Business Analysts, performing analysis to identify root causes and appropriate remediation steps involving various technologies (e.g., Oracle Workflow, Oracle BPM).Participate in weekly operations calls to discuss any relevant issues.Collaborate with peers and superiors on process improvement ideas, policy and procedure enhancements, and opportunities to improve our customers service experience.Peer testing, code review, and impact analysis of the modules developed by the other team members.Identify inadequately documented areas/ processes and ensure documentation is created.Provides technical leadership to junior team members.On occasion, addresses small groups on technical subjects or demonstrate systems.Analyse and recommend improvement to coding process.Candidate Description Minimum 4 years of experience in support and development of complex applicationsPrior experience in Oracle Financials modules is an added advantageHands on experience with version control tools like PVCS.Displays a full understanding of the software development process including analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, problem resolution and planning.Should be able to independently code advanced programsShould have the ability to test and debug advanced codeExperience with Agile development.Strong time management and planning skills required.Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.Creative, energetic, assertive hands- on professional who enjoys the challenge of change.High level of commitment, initiative, vision and enthusiasmBehavioural Attributes Good written and verbal communicationExcellent problem solving and decision- making skillsAbility to work effectively with both partners and project team membersManage multiple stakeholders and negotiate wellMust be flexible to work from NTT DATA office in Kalyani / Global Village offices Must be flexible to work in 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM shift Education and Experience BE / MCA4 years of IT experience.This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.,
