Job Description

    Role To create a team of Partner offices (HNI accounts) with a minimum business commitment of 30 L. Partner offices can solicit business through a team of advisors or Agency PartnersProfile
    • At least 5 years of proven success in field sales, not mandatorily from the life insurance sector
    • Experience in acquiring & handling large accounts in FMCG/BFSI/FMCD/Automobile dealers etc.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close and overcome objections.
    Key Result Areas:
    • Recruit 2 Partner offices each month
