Job Description

    • Standard Service Request Management (70% of the new role s time):
    • Implement SSO Solutions for Onpremise and Oncloud applications using Azure Active Directory, PingFederate and PingAccess
    • SSO Solutions to be provided using the Authentication Protocols SAML2.0, OAuth2.0, and OpenID Connect.
    • Implement ADLDS LDAP bind based authentications and Authorisation using Groups.
    • Support Multifactor Authentication using Azure MFA, Privacyidea, and FIDO
    • Troubleshoot SSO and MFA login issues faced by application users.
    • Solution Health Monitoring / Continuous Improvement (20% of the new role s time):
    • Daily health checks if the solution works as expected
    • Follow up on errors with responsible data/process owner
    • Identify possible impacts and discuss remediation options (e.g. bugs & feature requests)
    • Incident Management (10% of the new role s time):
    • Resolution of incidents received from 1st LVL support
    • Dispatch to the correct resolution team if incident cannot be resolved (e.g. 3rd LVL)
