Job Description

We are looking out to hire application support analyst in Mumbai, India having 5+ years of experience. Roles and Responsibilities will include below but not limited to following. 1. Excellent incident management skills to assist quick recovery of the impacted application 2. Troubleshooting business queries, identity root cause 3. Automate repeating tasks to improve the support model by closely working with tech and ops team 4. Excellent change management , problem management and knowledge management skills Skill sets :Preferably experienced investment banking Strong knowledge of SQL and database architecture Experience in working on application monitoring tools like GENEOS, APM tools, SplunkKnowledge of automating tasks (Shell / Python / Perl) scripting Familiar with deployment tools like JENKINS / Bitbucket Knowledge of Scheduling tools like autosys / Control MExperience of working on cloud technologies would be added advantage ,
