The purpose of this position is to provide professional expertise in poultry nutrition and feed formulation to Cargill India poultry species team (internal) and extend consultation to our valued customers based on needs in the areas of feed ingredients and poultry feed formulations. The purpose also includes leveraging Cargill s proprietary technologies in this area for enhancing collaboration with our customers.Principal AccountabilitiesNutrition and formulation support for CAN India customers 50%1. Understanding and leveraging Cargill Nutrition System (CNS) and Format Solutions for formulations (BILLS & BRILL)2. Provide poultry feed formulation support based on geographical, seasonal and economic considerations3. Enhance the customer face time / value of poultry sales team through nutritional knowledge4. Understand and leverage from key market trends (nutrition and economics) to enhance poultry feed additive portfolio Develop poultry feed ingredients nutrient specification in India; 30%1. Leverage from our database of ingredient analysis results to develop a portfolio of India specific poultry feed ingredients nutrient specifications2. Familiarize the use of such a specifications among internal and customers nutritionists.3. Keeping such a feed ingredient specifications up to date based on modern and scientific practices Collaborating with Cargill s global nutritional network;20%1. Advance one s nutritional proficiency in tune with market trend, and collaborating with Cargill s nutrition experts2.
