Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to convert them into sales opportunities- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our properties and services- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs andpreferences- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets- Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and client interactionsRequirements:- 1-2 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry (or freshers with excellent communicationskills)- Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills- Strong negotiation and closing skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareIncentives:- Attractive incentives based on sales performance and achievements
