Job Description

    • Professional Experience:
      • Candidate should possess minimum of 1 year and maximum 4 years work experience in real estate Pre-sales role
      • Good communication skills (written and Oral)
    • Responsibilities:
      • Should be adept at client Relationship Management
      • Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
      • Day to day interactions with the Customers with respect to queries/clarifications related to project.
      • Responsible for handling all customers inquiries and coordinate with Sales team for site visits
      • Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project
      • Follow up with customers to further closure process
      • Maintaining CRM database and sharing status reports to management.
      • Maintaining good relationship with clients / customer.
