    Job Role: Pre-Sales Executive/Pre-Sales RepresentativeCompany: Ginger Media GroupExperience: 1-4 yearsLocation: Bangalore (work from Office)Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Inbound Call Handling: Efficiently answer incoming calls, understand customer needs, and provide accurate information.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support.
    • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the companys products or services.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and potential product improvements.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
    • Track and report on pre-sales activities and result
