Job Description

Job descriptionPrimary roles and responsibilities -

  • Driving Tele Sales / inside sales process for the auto Loan and Lease product
  • Maintain Sales and Service KPIs
  • Sales target setting and achievement for the teams
  • Maintain Process SLAs and Customer satisfaction parameters
  • Regular reporting and maintaining MIS
  • Manage a team of TLs and Telesales agents
  • Hiring, Training and coaching of team
Traits that we are looking for -
  • B2C Sales experience - Should have done medium Value, High Volume sales
  • Experience with Banking / Financial / Insurance products is preferred
  • People from startups / fintechs will be preferred
  • Good communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Command over English and Hindi is mandatory. Any additional southern languages is a
bonus.
  • Should have good interpersonal skills and strong team player mentality
  • Go-getter attitude to pursue sales targets and leads
  • Perseverance, Hard-working and target-driven
  • Experience and Qualifications -
  • 5-8 years experience in Team Lead and Manager Role in a TeleSales environment.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
