The Client Advisors of our team havegone above and beyond to find the right HOME for more than 3000 families. We cater to 6major geographies now Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, NCR and chennai.Overview:As a Pre-Sales Manager within our Luxury Vertical, you will be the first point ofcontact for our high-net-worth clients, understanding their requirements over callsand arranging site visits to showcase our exclusive luxury properties. Your role willinvolve providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless andpersonalized experience for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Client Requirement Gathering: Engage with prospective clients over calls to understand theirpreferences, requirements, and budget for luxury properties. Ask detailed questions to gather all necessary information to match clientswith suitable property options.Site Visit Coordination: Arrange and schedule site visits for clients to view luxury properties. Coordinate with the sales team and property managers to ensureproperties are ready for viewing. Provide clients with all necessary details and logistics for site visits.Follow-Up and Lead Organization: Consistently follow up with clients to keep them engaged and move leadsthrough the sales funnel. Organize and prioritize leads to ensure timely site visits and client meetings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and feedbackin the CRM system.Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiriesand concerns promptly and professionally. Follow up with clients to ensure their requirements are met and to addressany additional questions.Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions,requirements, and feedback in the CRM system. Track the progress of client inquiries and site visits to ensure a smoothprocess.Market Knowledge and Insights: Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury real estate market. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysisand property values.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referralsand repeat business.Qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent experienceExperience in a pre-sales, customer service, or sales support role, preferably withinthe luxury real estate industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in using CRM software and othersales toolsIf you are looking for new job change , please share your resume at hidden_email
