For more information, visit www.globalfoundries.com.SummarySupport development and implementation of Compensation Tools and Programs as well as Global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs.Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work with Global Team to develop Compensation analytics tools, tracking system process improvement initiatives and automation with the reporting/scorecard.
  • Work with Global Comp Team to develop, design and implement global initiatives and programs such as market pricing, compensation analytics tools as well as provide support in global mobility
, *Required Qualifications:
  • Education - Bachelor s degree in Human Resources. Specialization in Compensation & Benefits would be an advantage
  • Years of Experience Minimum 5 years of related experience in Human Resources, specializing in Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation & Benefits experience in the manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
  • Strong Excel Skills, Advanced Excel, Macros (Preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and create presentations to Business Leaders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to network with internal & external personnel in area of expertise
  • Proven strong negotiation skills and track record in developing business aligned initiatives, driving employee engagement and well-being
  • Meticulous with problem solving skills
  • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Preferred experience in handling shared services, international mobility, experience in multinational company or global / regional exposure
  • This person required to work in US shifts.
