    Job Requisition ID #21WD53207 Principal Architect Senior Cloud Observability Engineer - Next-Generation Enterprise Monitoring Systems DescriptionSenior Cloud Observability/Monitoring EngineerLocation: We re looking for a Sr. AWS Cloud Observability Engineer at Bangalore, India Location to manage and maintain our Observability/Monitoring and Alerting frameworkRole: The Autodesk Digital Enterprise Services team is looking for a new team member to become a Senior Cloud Observability engineer to work with the Observability Services Team. The Sr. Observability Engineer is a crucial member of the Observability Services team focused on scaling and supporting the observability platform across Autodesk technology stack. You will be working closely with the internal application and infrastructure engineering and operations team to design, implement, maintain, and consult on the Observability platform.Responsibilities:
    • Implement, maintain, and consult on the observability and monitoring framework that supports the needs of multiple internal stakeholders
    • Manage the Event Streaming pipeline written using the AWS Serverless framework.
    • Manage the Event Management and Notification System using BigPanda, Pagerduty
    • Implement next-generation AIOps tool to transform operations from Proactive to preventative state
    • Utilize Grafana/Influx DB and Redshift to build dashboards to provide visibility and insights for operations team from business applications
    • Instrument and integrate monitoring and alerting into Autodesk systems to gain better insights
    • Participate in Operational reviews / Blameless postmortem to create improved alerts for detection and potential proactive mitigation
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve performance and reliability issues affecting the Observability infrastructure
    • Responsible for any changes in process (or) implementations related to monitoring Tools Platform.
    • Provide escalation support for monitoring configuration and platform issues
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or work experience in Software engineering and operations related field
    • 6 years of professional Experience in AWS Cloud DevOps experience or Development background
    • Proficiency in Python Programming language
    • Expert in SRE Skills with Specialization in Observability & Monitoring
    • Experience with AWS Services like AWS Serverless framework, Kinesis, Step functions, Redshift, Dynamo DB
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Experience as a DevOps Engineer with troubleshooting skills
    • Experience with Agile Engineering practices ( CI/CD, TDD, etc.)
    • Experience with Data visualization using Grafana
    • Familiarity with Timeseries database like Influx DB
