Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. The team will focus on Oracle Analytics Cloud, Essbase, Modern Data Warehouse & Analytics for Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP & HCM) Solution including Data Integration, Data Modeling, Data Wrangling, Data Ingestion, Data Visualization and Machine Learning. Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced and motivated Cloud Engineers with a strong track record of business analytics and data warehousing, to join our team providing deep technical expertise in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Essbase and Machine Learning across all industry sectors. Our Cloud Engineers work closely with Product Managers, Cloud Architects and Sales to design, build and enable repeatable solutions on OCI.This role demands a highly technical, extremely hands-on cloud engineer who will work closely with our sales teams to develop new business, as well as, drive additional consumption of Oracle Analytics Cloud, Essbase, Modern Data Warehouse & Oracle Fusion Analytics for Warehouse Cloud users. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of the value of data and analytics, as well as, proven experience in delivering solutions to C-suite, lines of business and technical leadership. From a top down approach, the Cloud Engineer will engage with a customer to discover business problems and goals, and develop solutions using Oracle Cloud services. The candidate has to be able to:

• Be an expert in Oracles analytics offerings: Essbase, Oracle Analytics Cloud/ Data Visualization
• Should have extensive end to end Oracle Hyperion implementation experience
• Oracle Cloud implementation experience is an added advantage
• Have solution design skills to provide expertise and guide customers for specific needs
• Deliver PoCs tailored to customers needs and proof points
• Run and Deliver Customer Hands on Workshops
• Interact with all roles at customer, including Executives, Architects, technical staff and business representatives

• Primary focus on developing customer solutions using Oracles analytics offerings: Oracle Analytics Cloud Essbase/Essbase 19c, Data Visualization and Autonomous Data warehouse(ADW)
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EPM System including Hyperion Planning, Essbase
• Prior experience with version 11.1.2.x Oracle EPM
• Hyperion products certifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of Essbase and Calc Scripts/Calc Manager. Development of ASO and BSO applications
• Hands-on experience with Smart View
• Experience with MAXL and MDX queries/scripting
• Experience in Hyperion Financial Reporting
• Experience with Hyperion Installation and configuration preferred
• Experience working with Global implementations of Oracle EPM
• Solid interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of global technical teams that deliver quality services
• Strong technical skills designing, developing, debugging, documenting, and implementing applications
